Made from stainless steel this filter provides 200% more filter area in most cases. It filters down to 35 microns "absolute" which is 3 times better than most good paper and brass filters. Most good paper filters will pass particles in the 90 to 95 micron ranges; a human hair is about 140 microns. John K's Comments: I have an SRC forkbrace Installed on my '96 XR600.  I noticed a distinct difference the very instant I sat on the bike after installation.  That was just sitting on the bike!  It took a little getting used to but as most people that have the SRC braces will say,"it's like chalk and cheese".  The effect of the Brace on my bike was so proufound that I had to change all my suspension settings  As claimed it no longer has that "flexy feel" of stock XR600 forks.  All this and It's a visually attractive setup to boot! SRC is not longer in Business, the only way to get one of these would be to buy second hand. However these days used USD forks are much easier to get hold of .
XR's Only Replacement Choke Plate Available from: http://www.xrsonly.com	Distributors Product Info: XR600 BILLET CHOKE PLATE  The stock choke plate on 88-2000 XR600's have a window on them that is very prone to breakage, as seen in the photo. It  breaks off and enters the motor, causing considerable damage. So, replace yours ASAP, before disaster happens!  P/N CP600	John K's Comments: Once again, this is another product that I have not personally tried.  However It's one of the items that are known to fail.  The Choke plate can break in half, or the screws can come loose, either way you can end up with chunks of metal going through your motor. A great way to make the XR more Bulletproof, (unless of course you intend to put a flatslide on it)
Summers Racing Components: Clutch Cable Retainer Alternative: XR's Only Clutch Cable Bracket	Distributors Product Info: Another durability part for the XR600R, the SRC clutch cable retainer helps prevent clutch actuation problems on the trail. Our part is secured by two case bolts and requires that the OEM cast part be removed. Also used to repair broken case.	John K's Comments: I have seen many of the cable retainers break off the standard sidecovers.  This item is either a great fix or preventative measure.  I run a similar unit on my XR6 and haven't had any trouble with it.  It is also is a great looking addition. Al Bakers XR's Only also has a similar product that would definately be worth consideration.

That’s it! One size fits all Hon/Kaw/Suz/Yam. Sold in pairs.	John K's Comments: I have a set of these for my bike, the idea, and the sheer simplicity of bleeding it enables has to make these a must!

The SCOTTS Sharkfin is 3/8" thick billet 6061 aluminum, 25% thicker than any others on the market. It is the only fin that incorporates the brake caliper carrier as an integral part of the function. This means the axle passes throught the shark fin making it virtually indestructable and your brake rotor protected from defeat.
